The past has shown that in the most difficult moments you can count on the help of your friends, which the Serbian and Russian states and peoples remain to this day&#8217;<\/em> <strong data-entity-type=\"MessageEntityBold\">he noted while participating on the 3rd economic forum \u2018Russia-Balkans in the Architecture of a Multipolar World: Prospects for Economic Integration\u2019<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>He underlined that Russia and Serbia have \u2018much to offer each other\u2019 in the fields of the economy, business and investment.<\/p>\n<p><em data-entity-type=\"MessageEntityItalic\">\u2018The obstacle lies in the fact that we are separated by countries that are members of the European Union and NATO, which in recent years, not to mention decades ,have not been particularly favourable towards both Russia and Serbia\u2019 <\/em><strong data-entity-type=\"MessageEntityBold\">the parliamentary explained.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Also Torbica stressed that these obstacles can be overcome, and that the new world order will help to strengthen ties and develop cooperation between countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-entity-type=\"MessageEntityBold\">The 3rd economic forum \u2018Russia-Balkans in the Architecture of a Multipolar World: Prospects for Economic Integration\u2019 took place in Moscow on 13\u201314 March.
